Living Green Every Day with Cocoon: Online Green Station

Continuing to spread the "green message" towards Mother Earth and expanding the reach of the used bottle exchange program to meet the desires of many customers, starting from June 2, 2021, Cocoon will introduce an additional method of online bottle exchange. We call it "Online Green Station." From now on, no matter where you are in Vietnam, you can participate in bottle exchange with Cocoon.

Here are the 3 steps to participate in the online bottle exchange program:

• Step 1: Visit the link: http://bit.ly/DiemXanhOnline and fill in all the required information in the registration form.

• Step 2: Pack your empty bottles/jars, clearly write your full name and information on the package, and send them to the Cocoon office at the following address:

• Step 3: Cocoon will confirm the exchange and send the new products to you via delivery service.

Depending on the number of empty bottles, you can exchange them for the following new products

• With 10 empty bottles (jars, tubes, bottles, refill pouches...) of any Cocoon products (excluding lipstick packaging and trial products), you can exchange for one of the following 10 products:

1. Dak Lak Coffee Body Polish 200ml - Price: 125,000 VND
2. Dak Lak Coffee Face Polish 150ml - Price: 165,000 VND
3. Pomelo Hair Tonic 140ml - Price: 165,000 VND
4. Winter Melon Facial Cleanser 140ml - Price: 195,000 VND
5. Hung Yen Turmeric Cleanser 140ml - Price: 195,000 VND
6. Rose Facial Cleanser 140ml - Price: 195,000 VND
7. Dak Lak Coffee Cleanser 140ml - Price: 195,000 VND
8. Hung Yen Turmeric Toner 140ml - Price: 195,000 VND
9. Winter Melon Toner140ml - Price: 195,000 VND
10. Rose Water Toner 140ml - Price: 195,000 VND

• With 5 empty bottles (jars, tubes, bottles, refill pouches...) of any Cocoon products (excluding lipstick packaging and trial products), you can exchange for 1 Dak Lak Coffee Lip Scrub priced at 75,000 VND.

Here are 10 essential notes to keep in mind when participating in the online bottle exchange program:

1. Provide complete and accurate information according to the registration form.
2. Valid empty bottles are those from Cocoon products.
3. The program does not apply to trial-size products or lipstick packaging.
4. The empty bottles/jars must be intact, not deformed, and clean before sending.
5. Package the items in a simple manner and avoid using plastic bags.
6. Customers are responsible for the shipping fee of the empty bottles to Cocoon Vietnam office.
7. The gift products have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Cocoon will process the information and send the new products within 14 days of receiving the empty bottles/jars.
9. Cocoon will cover the shipping fee for sending the new products to customers.
